hello there,
i will be a first time buyer and i am a bit cautious now reading some of the reviews. why does it take you so long to send out the product when you guarantee delivery 2-3 days after you have received payment. does it really take a month to receive the order?? i really want to buy the GM Goyard tote in blue but am a bit worried that my bag will not come in the stated time. thank you for your time.

Thanks for fast replaay!!! I appreciate it, but when I track "EMS.com", it seems that my order hasn;t arrived yet. The last note is that it despached from Shanghai on 29/11. Are you sure that it has arrived to Greece? If yes, tell me, plesse, when to contact with Greece custom or the local post office to ask. Maybe EMS lies to you to avoid the rensponsibility....
